Construct an approximate 34,000 sq. ft. physical fitness center complex to replace the existing facilities located in Area B at the Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo. The complex would serve the physical conditioning and fitness needs of on-base military personnel. The project would involve the total demolition of three (3) existing structures and partial demolition of one (1) structure.
