Document Description
The proposed project includes construction of a 6-8 grade middle school with a permanent capacity of approximately 750-800 students. Construction would include permanent and portable classrooms, a multi-purpose building, a gymnasium building, library, administration building, shop and band building, science and life sciences buildings, ball courts, and a play field. Total classroom area would be 21,138 square feet. Total square footage for buildings would equal 66,603 square feet of gross floor area. Hard courts include 48,000 square feet of basketball courts. Play fields include 169,126 square feet for soccer and softball.
