Document Description
The project consists of widening the East Avenue/Esplanade intersection to provide one right-turn lane, two through lanes, and two left-turn lanes for each approach. Improvements will include reconstruction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and roadway structural section, installation of a new traffic signal, modification of the storm drain system, and appurtenant work. Right-of-way acquisition totaling 8,068 square feet would be required from seven property owners to complete the project as proposed.
