Document Description
Caltrans proposes to improve the intersections State Route 88 with both Upper Jackson Valley Road and State Route 104, to reduce the higher than average traffic accidents (rear-end collisions). Left-turn lanes onto Upper Jackson Valley Road (W/B) and onto State Route 104 (E/B) from Route 88 will be part of the proposal. The Route 88 intersection with Upper Jackson Valley Road will be moved eastward, and the Route 88 intersection with Route 104 will be moved westward, so that they are across from one another.
