Document Description
The proposed Project acquisition of an 11.88 acre school site and the construction and operation of an elementary school for Kindergarten through Sixth Grades in conjunction with the adjacent City of Turlock neighborhood park of 4.98 acres to immediate east. The Project will be developed in multiple phases to a Master Plan capacity of 1,320 students. The first phase will provide for 33 classrooms serving 825 students. Phase I construction will total approximately 64,000 sf. Roughly two-thirds of the site will be developed with outdoor physical education areas. The Project is consistent with the current City of Turlock zoning designation (Planned Development No. 206) of the property.
