Document Description
The project proposes the development of a 10.0 acre infill site with a new 130,000-square foot light industrial and office park complex. The project includes the proposed construction of four (4) one-story buildings surrounded by surface parking, landscaping and a landscaped wetland buffer along the southern property boundary (contiguous to Gallinas Creek-North Fork). The site is currently vacant but was developed and occupied by Fairchild Semiconductor. Planning/land use applications that have been filed for consideration include a rezoning of the property to PD (Planned Development) District, Environmental and Design Review Permit and Use Permit.
