The proposed project includes a height increase of 15 feet for the East Parcel to facilitate surface water drainage and optimum slope inclinations for stabilization Closure of the East Parcel would include enhancement of the landfill gas system, the leachat collection system and surface water drainage systems. The closure of the South Parcel would include construction of surface water drainage systems & leachate collection systems Final covers and revegetation will be constructed and accomplished at both parcels. Postclosure maintenance of the parcels include operation and maintenance of environmental monitoring systems.
