The application accommodates 275 small lot single family units, 76 townhomes, on 44 acres of the site including roads and drainage facilities. The map also includes a 2.66 acre active recreation park of the site adjacent to the Stone Creek apartment and two smaller parks adjacent to Struve Slough.
