Document Description
The project applicant has requested a planned development rezoning to allow construction of approximately 370 single-family dwelling units on approximately 66.63 acres. The proposal includes construction of 268 single-family detached and 102 single-familly attached units. Public open space adjacent to Struve Slough and a public park adjacent to Watsonville Slough are proposed as part of the project. An onsite stormwater detention facility would be constructed adjacent to the site's eastern boundary, adjacent to Watsonville Slough. The Planned Development rezoning and subsequent Planned Development Permits will set general development parameters for the site including the number and location of parking spaces, amount of landscaping, grading, maximum height and number of units, general building footprints, and minimum setbacks.
