Document Description
Approval of an amendatory water service contract with the United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR). East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) (District) does not currently have physical facilities that would allow delivery of water from the USBR Central Valley Project (CVP). The amendment would provide for delivery of water at one of three points of delivery. Those delivery locations, described in more detail in the findings and EIR/S are: (1) on the Sacramento River near Freeport; (2) on the Lower American River, near the Interstate 5 bridge; and (3) from a point on the Folsom South Canal south of Nimbus Dam.
