Document Description
The project consists of a minor, two parcel subdivision of property that can be served by community water and sewer service. Project involves re-approval and modification of a previously approved tentative map for a minor subdivision and lot line adjustment of two parcels (APN 015-011-23 of Parcel A and APN 015-011-06 of Parcel B). Conditions of approval of this prior authorization have not been completed. Parcel A is approximately 2. 42 acres in size and contains a small shed and a house, both of which are planned for demolition and removal. Of the 2. 42 acres, approximately 1. 5 acres can be developed, with the balance of acreage (0. 92 acres) considered green and open areas. Parcel B is approximately 2. 59 acres in size, of which 0. 74 acres consists of an existing shopping center, 1. 44 acres can be developed and 0. 41 acres consists of green and open areas. A lot line adjustment is sought for the existing property line running east-west between the two parcels and would increase Parcel A to 4. 09 acres and reduce parcel B to 0. 92 acres.
