The Dry Creek Conservancy requests approval of a Flood Encroachment Permit (FEP) in association with a Salmon and Steelhead Spawning Substrate Restoration Project to be conducted in Secret Ravine Creek. The restoration project proposes to remove roughly 200 cubic yards of sand from an existing sandbar and replace the material with a like amount of washed gravel. A Tree Permit (TP) is also required for work to be performed in and around several native oak trees within the Secret Ravine riparian area.
