Document Description
1. Adopt the Drainage Master Plan and Incorporate the Multi-Purpose Corridors and Habitat Concept Plan into the Elverta Specific Plan.
2. Amend the adopted Elverta Specific Plan to incorporate changes related to the Drainage Master Plan including amendments related to land use, circulation and recreation.
3. Incorporate the Sustainability Manual, into the Elverta Specific Plan, as a source that provides potential construction and design methods for achieving energy savings that would qualify for density bonuses as outlined in Article 6 of the Sacramento County Zoning Code.
