Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0096-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Elverta Sports Park, LLC, as represented by Brian Vail. The proposed project includes the development of a residential community, regional sports park, and associated infrastructure for the development of the parcel within a 81-acre property. The project will grade the entire 81-acre project site using standard heavy equipment including scrapers, backhoes, excavators, and graders to level existing topography. During construction, the habitats of the unnamed tributary to the NEMDC may be permanently filled or excavated by mass grading.
