The City of Vacaville (the City) is proposing to construct a roadway improvement project along Leisure Town Road using local funds. The project would involve extending Orange Drive (located just south of the Leisure Town Road/Interstate 80[I-80] interchange) east of Leisure Town Road and realgning Quinn Road and the Leisure Town Road/Quinn Road intersection (just north of the Leisure Town Road/I-80 interchange adjacent to the existing westbound off-ramp).
