Document Description

The subject structure has been evaluated by a qualified professional as eligible for the California Register of Historical Resources. The project site is a 10+ portion of a 21. 5+ acre parcel zoned C-1:D: PD:MX (General Commercial: Design Control Combining: Planned Development Combining: Mobilehome Exclusion Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code, with the remainder of the parcel zoned RE-2: PD:MX (Residential Estate, two acre minimum: Planned Development Combining Mobilehome Exclusion Combining).
