Document Description
The project is the minor subdivision of 47.36 acres into 5 single-family residential lots and one remainder parcel. All lots are approximately 8 to 8. 5 acres net. All lots will depend on groundwater and will have on-site septic. Two lots will have direct access from Mother Grundy Truck Trail, while the remaining three will have access from a proposed private road leading to Mother Grundy Truck Trail. The project will dedicate 29.35 acres into an open space easement for the protection of steep slopes and biological resources.
