Two lots will have direct access from Mother Grundy Truck Trail, while the remaining three will have access from a proposed private road leading to Mother Grundy Truck Trail. The project will dedicate 29. 35 acres into an open space easement for the protection of steep slopes and biological resources. The project site is within the Metro-Lakeside-Jamul Segment of the Multiple Species Program (MSCP) County Subarea Plan.
