The City of San Fernando is updating it's Housing Element that sets forth the City's strategy to preserve and enhance the community's residential character, expanding housing opportunities for all economic sectors,and provide guidance and direction for local government decision-making in all matters related to housing. This Amendment to the Housing Element of the City's General Plan is being performed pursuant to Government Code Section 65588.
