Document Description
The proposed project is the development of an approximate 24.5-acre site in the City of Anaheim. Currently, the property is held in two different ownerships: the northern 5.76 acres of the site (Shantz property) is vacant and the southern 18.76 acres of the site (Maag Ranch) is currently in agricultural production. The proposed project would allow for the development of commerical and residential land uses. The proposed commercial portion would be approximately 15.2 acres on the west side of the project site. The residential portion will be approximately 9.3 acres on the east side of the project site.
