Document Description
Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a free-stall dairy with 1,456 milk cows and 1,408 support stock on 60 acres with 365 acres to remain under cultivation. Solids and liquid nutrients will be flushed from free stall barns and piped into lagoons to be land applied on fields. Pursuant to section 15088.5 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Planning Department, as Lead Agency, has determined that information has been added to the EIR through additional data provided in the Response to Comments section. The Planning Department is circulating only the Responses to Comments and is requesting that reviewers limit their comments to these portions. A Summary of the Revisions is included herewith for ease of reference.
