A Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a dairy on 60 acres of property surrounded by 470 acres of cropland. The facility will house 1,456 milk cows, 600+ dry cows, 100+ heifers, and 225 calves for a total of 2,381 animals. The dairy will utilize freestall barns for lactating cows and open corrals with pasture area for remaining stock.
