Document Description
The Coyote Canyon project site is located in unincorporated San Bernardino County between the Hunter's Ridge Specific Plan development on the west and the I-15 freeway on the east. Access is provided to the site from the extension of Cherry Avenue from the Hunter's Ridge Specific Plan development and from Duncan Canyon Road I-15 over-crossing. Duncan Canyon Road runs along the east boundary of the project area. The site comprises approximately 468 acres; the development area is limited to the southern portion on 331.9 acres. The property is also located at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains.
