Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of potable water storage reservoirs located on a hilltop approximately 2,700 feet south of the teminus of Artesian Trail. The Unit X-1 and Unit X-2 pipelines would deliver water to and convey water from the reservoirs' site. Also, being considered is the potential for cellular antennae to be mounted as "arrays" on three sides of each reservoir. An offsite haul road and five (5) acre fill-site are also included in the project.
