The City Council on September 29, 2003 approved the following components of the Arroyo Seco Master Plans; 1) the Lower Arroyo Master Plan (LAMP), 2) the Hahamongna Watershed Park Master Plan (HWPMP), 3) five components of the Central Arroyo Master Plan (CAMP), and 4) the Guiding Principals for the Arroyo Seco. The Council approved HWPMP with the following modifications; remove both lake and associated artificial streams; remove improvements related to the Eastside Park Area and the Eastside Park Access, except the New Park Entrance at Windsor; and replace the West Lake with multi-use sports field.
