The area is zoned Open space except for a small planned development in the Hahamonga Watershed Park area, which serves as parking for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The area is shown as Open space on the City's 1994 adopted Land Use Element of the General Plan.
Document Description
The Arroyo Seco Master Plan Project consists of five elements: (1) Hahamonga Watershed Park Master Plan (HWP), (2) Central Arroyo Seco Master Plan (CAMP), (3) Lower Arroyo Seco Master Plan (LAMP), (4) The Rose Plan, and (5) Design Guidelines for the Arroyo Seco. The goal of the Arroyo Seco Master Plan is the development of a Master Plan to guide the provision of facilities for the passive and active recreation that support Policy 9.2 of the City of Pasadena Comprehensive General Plan.
