Document Description
The proposed development consists of a multi-use entertainment district within the South Park area of downtown Los Angeles. The proposed project includes approximately 4.0 million square feet of hotel, entertainment/retail/restaurants, office uses, health club/clinic and residential uses. The proposed project would be developed in two blocks that are generally located east and west of South Figueroa Street between Olympic Boulevard on the north and 11th Street on the south.
