Document Description
The proposed project includes adding approximately 818 square feet of land to the Pt. Loma Marina (PLM) leasehold for use as a trash enclosure. The additional land and proposed trash enclosure is located east of PLM's current leasehold boundary, adjacent to the Navy facility. The additional land contains landscaping currently maintained by the District. PLM will construct, at its sole expense, a new, covered trash enclosure to house recycling bins and a trash compactor.
