Document Description
The Project includes improvements to the N. Harbor Dr. four-lane roadway between Scott St. and Nimitz Blvd, as well as an associated lease amendment, in Shelter Island. The improvements include reconfiguring N. Harbor Dr. and converting the south-side frontage road to a parking area; and adding an overlay and restripe to the Westy's parking lot. Additionally, the Pt. Loma Marina lease will be amended to allow for the construction of the Project. The Project will provide a new increase of approximately 130 public parking spaces to the area.
