Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA#6-2001-123) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Lawrence and Susanne Karr. The applicant proposes to construct one new 12,000 square foot commercial building with related paved access and landscaping, which would include the removal of the existing Calimesa outlet structure, filling of the existing drainage course between Fifth Street and Park Avenue, and the replacement of the outlet structure with a trapezoidal earthen channel along the south property line, in which two areas of rip rap bottom control is proposed to prevent erosion. The project is located in the City of Yucaipa in San Bernardino County.
