The proposed project consists of development of three inns to include the Residence Inn with 78 rooms, the Courtyard by Marriott with 90 rooms and the Fairfield by Marriott with 63 rooms(231 rooms totsl). A total of 238 parking spaces are proposed to serve the entire project. Total building square footage is 136, 576 square feet. Parking is distributed throughout the site.
