Project area is currently vacant. Historic agricultural activities on-site have been inactive for several years. The land is presently zoned RS-7 (Single-family Residential), A-70 (Limited Agriculture), and RV-3/4 (Variable Family Residential) with density of 1, 3, 4, 7 du/1 acre.
The project proposes Specific Plan Amendment, Reclassification (Rezone) and a major subdivision consisting of 207 single family detatched lots, 2 parks, a permanent open space area, and 11 private street lots. Lot sizes range from 6,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet, with a total project size of 83.9 acres.
