Present Land Use
The present land use is vacant. The current zoning is: Residential Agriculture 2 1/2 acre and 5 (R-A-2 1/2 and R-A-5) The general plan land uses designation under the Temescale/ El Cerrito Community Plan are as listed on the accompanying sheet.
The project is 1032 acres in size and includes 167.3 acres of residential with a maximum unit count of 540, 15.2 acres of commercial; 8.0 acres of parks; 557.5 acres of natural open space, a 252-acre golf course and 32 acres of roadways.
