Specific Plan No. 317 proposes up to 515 single-family residential units, 10.9 net acres of commercial uses, 19.4 acres to be developed either as a 300-room hotel or for 31 low density residential units as noted above, a 212.1-acre golf course, 560 acres of open space, and 27 acres of roadways on a 983-acre site. Comprehensive General Plan Amendment No. 486 proposes to amend the site's designation on the Temescal/El Cerrito Community Plan from Bedford Canyon.
