Document Description
The Arroyo Trabuco Golf Course would entail a zone change from Sand & Gravel District (SG) to Open Space District (OS) and a use permit to allow an 18-hole golf course within an area currently used for sand & gravel mining and grazing. The footprint of the golf course would be 243 acres, of which approximately 63 acres would remain as natural, ungraded land. Improvements within the portion of the site within unincorporated County territory are limited to golf course holes, cart paths, a restroom facility within the golf course area and a re-routed Regional Riding and Hiking Trail.
