Document Description
The project proposes a maximum of 780 residential units of 145.1 acres of land along both sides of Warm Springs Creek. The Base Plan of the project would include 500 single family lots, 19.3 acres of open space, a 10-acre elementary school site, a 4.8-acre "Village Green" park and amphitheater, 6.7 acres for slopes and detention basins, and 6.5 acre of roads.
