Document Description
The CVSP has been designed with its primary focus on residential and open space uses, with one variation. One version of the CVSP identifies a ten-acre site located adjacent to the primary entrance to the project site from Murrieta Hot Springs Road as a potential elementary school site (9.77 acres). With inclusion of the elementary school on the project site, the CVSP would permit a total of 500 residential units on approximately 100 acres (99.65 acres). Without the elementary school site, a total of 550 residential units would be permitted on 109.48 acres.
