CDFG is executing a Lake and SAA pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA #5-130-00) of the FGD to the project applicant, Ventura County Flood Control. The applicant proposes to concrete line 2,200 feet of the channel, move the drain away from the road and increase capacity for flood events. The project is located along Santa Clara Avenue, between Los Angeles Avenue and Wright Road in Ventura County.
