CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA# 5-141-00) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of San Diego--Environmental Services. The applicant proposes to modify the stream bed and banks of an unnamed intermittent stream (tributary to San Clemente Creek) to prevent flowing water from exposing and washing out municipal landfill waste asscociated with the inactive South Miramar Landfill (City of San Diego leasehold on USMC-Miramar Air Station). The project is located in the inactive South Miramar Landfill (City of San Diego leasehold on USMC-Miramar Air Station), in the City of San Diego, San Diego County.
