The applicant proposes to lower the grade at the top of the west bank of Walnut Creek, under the Highway 242 over-crossing at Highway 680 in Concord. Run-off will be conveyed through a 12 inch outfall pipe approximately 60 feet from the los flow channel. Isuance of a Streambed Alteration Permit (#2000-0336) pursuant to Fish and Game code section 1601.
