Construction of a new second mainline in those areas where one does not already exist, reconstruction of the existing sidings to mainline standards, placement of new rail, ties, and ballast; realignment of some track areas by 5 feet from the current areas, replacement of existing culverts, extension of some box culverts, replacement or realignment of some road crossings, and the addition of a new bridge over one drainage crossing; and, regrading of the existing maintenance road drainage ditch realignment.
