The Department of General Services, Real Estate Services Division (RESD), on behalf of the State of California Department of Mental Health proposes to use approximately 10, 000 square feet of ground space currently leased to the City of Atascadero for use as an Equesterian Warm-Up facility. The existing Equestrian arena; ownes and operated by the City of Atascadero; is in need of an additional warm-up space for horses.
