Reasons for Exemption
This project is to replace an existing 5 - foot by 7- foot culvert on Little Humbug Creek, Siskiyou County, with a 20 - foot by 30 - foot bridge to allow fish passage under the roadway. The existing culvert is a migration barrier and the bridge will allow fish passage under natural stream bottom conditions and will increase the hydraulic capacity of the crossing. The project will have no significant effects on the environment.
