This proposed action is limited to the acquisition of property. The Department of General Services and the Department of Justice are proceeding with negotiations to acquire approximately 1.4 acres for a proposed forensic laboratory at this site. The laboratory will be the subject of an environmental document. The property will remain in its existing condition until the environmental review process has been completed and the development project is approved.
