Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Permit (#1374-99) pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603. The applicant proposes to remove silt from Watsonville Slough. Silt removal is to aide stormwater flows through the slough. Silt will be removed with an excavator operated from the bank top road. Silt will be placed on the road surface and graded.
