The proposed project consists of removal and replacement of an existing boat launch ramp, abutment, piles and six-foot wide concrete walk and stairway at the Elkhorn Boat launch Facility. The project includes revisions to the existing parking lot layout to provide for additional parking spaces and improved circulation within the facility.
