Document Description
The applicant, Atlantic Land Development Corporation, is proposing to modify the stream bed and banks of an unnamed stream channel tributary to Richardson Bay in order to stabilize the stream banks from erosion, arrest possible landside development, and ultimately prepare the site for a three house subdivision. Implementation of the project will include the following: site grading and roadway paving, installation of rock rip-rap along several "landslide" areas on the stream bank and replanting of stabilized stream bank areas with native vegetation. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2008-0047-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Chris Lee, Solano County Water Agency.
