Document Description
The Project includes demolition of an approximately 2040 s.f. single family residential structure and wood frame and an approximately 4620 s.f. corrugated metal roof and siding barn structure. Removal of the structures was assumed as part of development of the Laguna Ridge Specific Plan area, for which an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared and certified by the City Council on June 16, 2004 (SCH 2000082139). The EIR concluded that the structures do not contribute to any historical significance and that the impact of their removal would be less than significant.
