Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0356-2 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Reynen & Bardis. Filling of approximately 5200' of drainage canal and diverting it to a newly constructed 3500' canal. This is an element of a project covered by the Laguna Ridge Specific Plan EIR. The agreement and this notification pertain only to the activity noted above.
