The Project consists of a 36-month time extension to the previously approved
Madeira South Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM) (EG-05-943) that included 460 single family residential lots, one Community Park, one Local Park, 12 landscape corridor and paseo lots, and one RD-10 lot. The previous approvals also included Design Review for Subdivision Layout. The time extension would extend the expiration date of the TSM and Design Review for Subdivision Layout from November 16, 2019 to November 16, 2022.
